AI Act, Irish version: Article 113(b) does not except Article 101 from the date of 2 August 2025

The other 23 versions add with the exception of Article 101. Read alone, the Irish wording includes Article 101 (fines for providers of general-purpose AI models) in the provisions applying from 2 August 2025.

Consequence

Read alone, the Irish text makes the fines of Article 101 apply one year earlier than the other versions.

Proposed correction

Add the exception of Article 101 to Irish Article 113, third paragraph, point (b).
