CSS art. L. 162-23-8 on Légifrance, version from 1 September 2027: both changes made by the 2026 social security financing act are missing
Article 72, I, 5°, of Law No. 2025-1403 deletes « part prévue au 2° du I de l'article L. 162-23, affectée à la » from the first paragraph of I of article L. 162-23-8 of the Social Security Code and inserts « exerçant les activités mentionnées au 4° du même article L. 162-22 ». The version in force until 1 September 2027 (LEGIARTI000053283299) contains both changes; the version from 1 September 2027 (LEGIARTI000048971734, which stems from Law No. 2023-29) contains none of them and restores the earlier wording. The discrepancy arose in the consolidation; the text published in the Official Journal is correct.

La version en vigueur jusqu'au 1er septembre 2027 (LEGIARTI000053283299) contient les deux changements ; la version à compter du 1er septembre 2027 (LEGIARTI000048971734, issue de la loi n° 2023-29) n'en contient aucun et reprend la rédaction antérieure. L'écart est né dans la consolidation ; le texte publié au Journal officiel est correct.
