CSS art. L. 136-4, IV, on Légifrance: the word « aux » dropped and « définiaux » run together after the 2026 social security financing act

We applied article 18, I, 2°, of Law No. 2025-1403 to the prior consolidated version of article L. 136-4, IV, of the Social Security Code and compared the result with the versions published on Légifrance (LEGIARTI000053282498 from 31 December 2025 and LEGIARTI000053284767 in force since 21 February 2026). The instruction replaces only « mêmes articles 64 bis et 76 », so the result reads « déterminés aux articles 50-0, 64 bis, 76 et 102 ter » and « du champ défini aux articles »; both versions read « déterminés articles » and « définiaux ». The discrepancy arose in the consolidation; the text published in the Official Journal is correct.

Proposed correction

In both versions, read « du champ défini aux articles » and « déterminés aux articles 50-0, 64 bis, 76 et 102 ter du même code ».
