UAX #14 rev. 57, Section 5.1: classes are said to be listed alphabetically, but HL comes after ID

Section 5.1 says line breaking classes are listed alphabetically; the headings run HH, HY, ID, HL, IN.

Consequence

A reader who looks for HL between HH and HY does not find it there.

Proposed correction

Move the HL subsection between HH and HY.
