Rome II on EUR-Lex: the XHTML text lacks two of the three Commission statements printed in the Official Journal

The Official Journal prints three Commission statements after Rome II: on the review clause, on road accidents and on the treatment of foreign law. The English and French PDFs contain all three. The XHTML manifestations in Cellar contain only the statement on the review clause in 23 languages; the Croatian XHTML contains all three.

Consequence

The statements are not part of the Regulation, but readers who use the XHTML do not see two of them.

Proposed correction

Complete the XHTML manifestations of CELEX 32007R0864.
