Rome I, Danish version: Article 7(3) refers to paragraph 3 instead of Article 3, so the paragraph refers to itself
The other versions say that the parties may choose one of the listed laws in accordance with Article 3 (freedom of choice). The Danish text says in accordance with paragraph 3, the paragraph in which the words stand.
Consequence
For a choice of law in an insurance contract covering a mass risk, the Danish text does not send the reader to the general rules on how a choice is made.
Proposed correction
Replace stk. 3 with artikel 3 in Danish Article 7(3), first subparagraph.
