AI Act, Maltese version: Article 73(7) refers to Article 3, point (44)(c), which does not exist

The other 23 versions refer to Article 3, point (49)(c): a serious incident that infringes obligations under Union law intended to protect fundamental rights. Point (44) defines publicly accessible space and has no point (c). Maltese Article 3, point (49)(c), and the reference in Maltese Article 73(10) support the intended reading.

Consequence

A market surveillance authority that reads only Maltese Article 73(7) is pointed, for the incidents after which it must inform the bodies under Article 77(1), to a definition that does not exist.

Proposed correction

Replace point (44)(c) with point (49)(c) in Maltese Article 73(7).
