Under "Effective Version" the aifc.kz page of the AIFC Regulations on Damages and Remedies states "current version can be found on Regulator's website:" and links https://orderly.myafsa.com/articles/auditorrules. That section of the AFSA rulebook is the AIFC Auditor Rules. The Regulations on Damages and Remedies (No. 17 of 2017) are not an AFSA rulebook. The same link appears on the aifc.kz page of the Auditor Rules. The only PDF offered is the 2017 text.
