Article 7.4 (objection that the Tribunal is exceeding the scope of its authority) is followed by a second Article 7.4 ("The Tribunal may rule on an objection referred to in Articles 7.3 and 7.4 ..."). By the word "objection" the reference is to the first 7.4, but any citation of "Article 7.4" is ambiguous. The unofficial Russian translation numbers the second one 7.5.

Proposed correction

Please renumber the second Article 7.4 as 7.5, as the Russian translation does.
