Consolidated V3 and V4 of the Employment Regulations drop the text of section 65-1 (Whistleblowing); only the contents entry remains

Version 2 of the Employment Regulations (amendments as of 22 February 2019) contains Part 10-1 with section 65-1, which extends to Employees the whistleblower protections of Part 14-2 of the Companies Regulations. The later amending instruments on the act page (No. 30 of 2019 and No. 39 of 2021) do not omit it. Yet the consolidated V3 and the current V4 list "PART 10-1: WHISTLEBLOWING" in the contents but have no text for it. The full text on the aifc.kz website goes from Part 10 to Part 11 and has no Part 10-1 and no section 65-1. The act page publishes no instrument that inserted section 65-1 in February 2019, and no instrument that omitted it. Part 14-2 of the Companies Regulations still protects any Worker directly.

Proposed correction

Please restore Part 10-1 (section 65-1) in the consolidated text and publish the instrument that inserted it, or publish the instrument that removed it and update the contents.
