Amendments No. 4 moved the particulars of the Register of Nominee Directors from section 179-7(1) into a new subsection (1-1). Section 179-6(1) still refers to "section 179-7(1)(a) to (e)", and section 179-7(2) still makes only "subsection (1)" finable. Section 21(2) of the AIFC Regulations on AIFC Acts allows both references to be read as reaching the moved list, so this is a matter of clarity rather than a gap.

Proposed correction

Please update the reference in section 179-6(1) to "section 179-7(1-1)(a) to (e)" (an editorial correction under section 19(3)(a) of the AIFC Regulations on AIFC Acts) and consider amending section 179-7(2) to read "subsection (1) or (1-1)".
