Companies Regulations s.26-1(2)(b): the confirmation statement covers duties "mentioned in subsection (2)", but the duties are listed in (3)

Section 26-1(2)(b) requires a statement that all information required "under any duty mentioned in subsection (2)" has been delivered. Subsection (2) is the provision itself and mentions no duty. The list of duties ("The following duties require notification in Writing:") is subsection (3). Subsection (1) is the election, and the only list of duties follows in (3), so the reference reads as written for a text in which the list was subsection (2). The wording has been the same since Amendments No. 4 (in force 1 January 2020).

Proposed correction

Please replace "subsection (2)" with "subsection (3)" in section 26-1(2)(b).
