(1) 3.3(2): the AFSA may determine fitness 'according to the criteria set out in REP 2.2.2'; REP 2.2 has subrules (1)-(2), the criteria are in REP 2.2(2). (2) 3.8: a Representative Office may only market a Unit of a Foreign Fund 'in accordance with the requirements set out in the CIR'. 'CIR' was the Glossary abbreviation for the Collective Investment Scheme Rules only in Glossary V1 (29.04.2018); from V2 (30.07.2018) to V23 the abbreviation is 'CIS'. Meaning survives by context in both places.

Proposed correction

Please read "REP 2.2(2)" for "REP 2.2.2" in REP 3.3(2) and "the CIS" for "the CIR" in REP 3.8 (an editorial correction under section 19(3)(a) of the AIFC Regulations on AIFC Acts).
