aifc.kz DAA page: the "V2 (18 October 2024)" link opens the initial version; the consolidated V4 is listed under "Amendments" and Amendments No. 3 under "Past Version"
On the aifc.kz page of the AIFC Rules on Digital Asset Activities: (1) the links "AIFC Rules on Digital Asset Activities V2., with amendments as of 4 September 2024, commence on 18 October 2024" and "Initial Version" open the same file. Its cover shows a commencement date of 1 January 2024 and no amendments, so the text in force from 18 October 2024 is not available at that link. (2) Under "Amendments", the entry "A3., with amendments as of 13 April 2025" opens the consolidated version with amendments as of 13 April 2025, while the amending instrument (Amendments No. 3) is listed under "Past Version". (3) No amending instrument dated 4 September 2024 is linked, so the source of changes made between the initial version and the version in force on 1 January 2025 (for example the new lettering of DAA 4.5(1), see AIFC2-DAA-02) cannot be identified from the page.
