IBB NSFR rule cites 'Section E of Appendix 1' (does not exist) and then 'Section B' in the same paragraph

IBB 10.28(2) first says that the NSFR methodology is "set out in Section E of Appendix 1 of the IBB Module", and then refers to "Section B of Appendix 1" for the ASF and RSF factors. Appendix 1 has only Sections A (LCR), B (NSFR) and C (Maturity Mismatch). The meaning survives through the second sentence.
