ARXO-2026-0127 · Reported
AT1 and T2 definitions cite Rule 4.28 (CET1 adjustments); the CET1 definition cites only Rule 4.29
BBR 4.16(d) and 4.18(d) say AT1 and T2 capital are adjusted "in accordance with Rule 4.28", but 4.28 is "Adjustments to CET1 Capital". BBR 4.14(f) refers to Rule 4.29 for CET1; 4.29 does contain CET1 deductions, but the CET1 adjustments in 4.28 and 4.30 are not mentioned. The rules operate directly, so there is no practical effect.
Proposed correction
Please read "Rules 4.28 to 4.30" in 4.14(f) and "Rule 4.29" in 4.16(d) and 4.18(d) (an editorial correction under section 19(3)(a) of the AIFC Regulations on AIFC Acts).
