AFSA online CIS Schedule 2(a)(i) still reads "Non-Compliant Country"; Amendments No. 7 deleted "Non-" from 1 January 2025

CIS Schedule 2(a)(i) lists, as a criterion for a Recognised Jurisdiction, that "the jurisdiction is listed as a Compliant Country or Territory by the Financial Action Task Force" (V8). Amendments No. 7 (approved 15 December 2024, in force 1 January 2025) deleted the word "Non-" from this item; the amending instrument shows it as struck through. The AFSA online CIS still reads "Non-Compliant Country or Territory" and shows no deleted (struck-through) text at that place. Versions V3 to V7 of the act carried the word "Non-" from 2019 to the end of 2024; Amendments No. 7 fixed the act, but not the online text.
