CIS 7.7: 'Related Person Transaction' covers 'any other Fund managed by the Fund', not by the Fund Manager as the heading says

CIS 7.7(a) and (d) refer to "any other Fund managed by the Fund or any of its Associates". A Fund does not manage other Funds; the heading of 7.7 speaks of Funds "managed by the Fund Manager". The meaning survives through the heading and the Associate limb, but the wording has no referent.

Proposed correction

Please read "any other Fund managed by the Fund Manager or any of its Associates" in 7.7(a) and (d) (an editorial correction under section 19(3)(a) of the AIFC Regulations on AIFC Acts).
