MAR 5.2.2(a) in the consolidated PDFs V9–V13 on aifc.kz still refers to itself; Amendments No. 8 changed it to MAR 5.2.1

Amendments No. 8 to the Market Rules (approved 25 June 2023, in force 1 August 2023) replaced "5.2.2" with "5.2.1" in MAR 5.2.2(a) and added the closing bracket. The consolidated versions V9 (1 August 2023) to V13 (1 January 2026) published on aifc.kz applied the other edits in the same line ("of", "Investments") but still read "has the meaning given in MAR 5.2.2 (Definition of Inside Information (general); and", so the definition refers to itself. The AFSA online rulebook already reads "MAR 5.2.1". The bracketed title points to 5.2.1, so the meaning survives.

Proposed correction

Please correct MAR 5.2.2(a) in the consolidated PDF to "MAR 5.2.1 (Definition of Inside Information (general))", as made by Amendments No. 8.
