Glossary, "Approved Individual": the two limbs are joined by "and"
An Approved Individual is defined as an individual "(1) approved by the AFSA to carry out a Controlled Function; and (2) approved by the AFSA to be appointed by a DNFBP and Registered Auditor to carry out the MLRO function". Read literally, an individual approved only for a Controlled Function is not an Approved Individual. Section 21 of the Framework Regulations defines the term by limb (1) alone. The AFSA online Glossary shows both versions: the list has the two limbs, the term page only limb (1).
Proposed correction
Please express the alternative approval routes with "or" (also "a DNFBP or Registered Auditor") and align the definition with section 21 of the Framework Regulations.
