aifc.kz: the Fees Rules page does not link Amendments No. 12 (1 May 2022)

The list of amending instruments on the Fees Rules page goes from A11 to A13. Amendments No. 12 (approved 24 April 2022, in force 1 May 2022), which introduced the annual supervision fees, late fees and FinTech Lab fees, is in the site's media library but is not linked from the page.

Proposed correction

Add the link to Amendments No. 12 to the list on the Fees Rules page.
