AML: the online rulebook named as the current version differs from the aifc.kz text of 15 December 2024

aifc.kz offers the AML Rules "with amendments as of 15 December 2024, which commence on 1 January 2025" and says the current version is on the regulator's website. The AFSA online rulebook (as displayed on 23 October 2026) dates its AML articles 12 December 2021 (Chapter 11-1: 4 January 2024) and differs in binding rules: 6.6.1(d) reads "terminate or suspend" instead of "terminate"; 4.3.2(e) (transactions aimed at cashing out money obtained by criminal means) is missing; 5.1.5 prints its second paragraph twice and lacks the first paragraph. The amending instrument of 15 December 2024 is not published.
