LFSS 2026 art. 12, II, 1°: Law No. 2016-1918 cited as a « financement » amending act instead of the amending finance act for 2016

Article 12, II, 1°, of Law No. 2025-1403 (2026 social security financing act) refers to « la loi n° 2016-1918 du 29 décembre 2016 de financement rectificative pour 2016 ». In the LEGI register of texts, Law No. 2016-1918 of 29 December 2016 is the amending finance act for 2016 (« de finances rectificative pour 2016 »). The text adopted by the National Assembly (T.A. No. 199 rect.) carries the same words, so the discrepancy is in the adopted text; the law referred to remains identifiable by its number and date.
