LFSS 2026 art. 99, V, 4° b and c, and 6°: the published text omitted « first occurrence » where the anchor word occurs twice (corrected on 23 May 2026)

As published in the Official Journal of 31 December 2025, three insertions in article 99, V, of Law No. 2025-1403 were placed « après le mot : « enfant » » (7° and 8° of article L. 223-1 of the Social Security Code) and « après le mot : « travail » » (1° of article L. 351-3), while each word occurs twice in the provision amended. The text adopted by the National Assembly (T.A. No. 199 rect.) reads « après la première occurrence du mot », so the discrepancy arose at publication. The rectificatif published in Official Journal No. 0120 of 23 May 2026 had already restored the adopted wording before Arxo's check of 22 October 2026.
